Kitchen Clique offers a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed. The customer is entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty and Kitchen Clique makes no additional or independent warranty.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN any NON-ELECTRIC PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR ANY NON-DEFECTIVE ELECTRIC PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.
Returns on frames and mirrors are subject to manufacturer's return policies.
If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to save the product AND the original box and packing materials it arrived in. Notify KitchenClique immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pickup of the damaged product.
In the event that you do not receive the product your ordered, please call us to arrange to pickup the incorrect product at no charge to the customer. Please report the problem at the time you receive your order. We will expedite the shipment of the correct product.
For ANY exchange or return issue, please call 718 692 2260 or email our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RA Number. For faster service please have the following information available when calling: customer name, order number, serial number if applicable, and nature of problem.
Kitchen Clique strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Be sure that the carrier can provide you with a Proof of Delivery Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Kitchen Clique will pay freight on return of DEFECTIVE product to the customer.
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, containing ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Kitchen Clique within 30 days from the invoice date, at Kitchen Clique discretion based on manufacturer policy for: credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. Any product that is missing the UPS code can ONLY be replaced with the same product. After 30 days, all manufacturer warranties apply.
All defective returns will be credited or exchanged.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be accepted directly by Kitchen Clique within 30 days from the invoice date if the product is not opened and within 14 days from the invoice date if the product is opened, at Kitchen Clique discretion for: credit or exchange. All non-defective returns are subject to no less than a 10% restocking fee and no more than a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the items returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Due to manufacturers’ policies and restrictions, Kitchen Clique cannot accept returns of items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
Shipping terms are F.O.B. Brooklyn, New York. Delivery times are estimates only and Kitchen Clique is not responsible for delays. We ship via UPS or Federal Express within the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii and/or Puerto Rico. Charges are based on the weight and value of the order and the service requested (overnight, next day, 2nd day, 3rd day). As a courtesy to our servicemen abroad we will ship to APO/FPO Boxes via the US Postal Service. Please allow for slight delays for these orders.
Shipping charges will be added to the order total based on the shipping method. The customer may provide his own account number and have the shipping billed directly to that UPS or FEDEX number, but there will be a handling charge incurred in these cases.
For your protection, we ship only to your credit card’s verified billing address unless we receive specific authorization from the customer to do otherwise. Please allow for delay in shipping products to addresses other than the verified billing address.
We apologize that at this time, we cannot accept orders shipping outside of the US and Canada.
Kitchen Clique reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned product. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Kitchen Clique on returned product, and Kitchen Clique will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back on defective products ONLY.
Kitchen Clique disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied of fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. If goods are being purchased for export, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining export documentation from the federal government. In addition, warranties on exported product may vary, and may even be null and void. Any and all liabilities are only for the products purchased.
